Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach thawed (9-10 oz)
- 1 jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325º
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté onions in butter until translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add ingredients in this order:
Spinach
Cream Cheese
Sour Cream
Parmesan Cheese
Artichoke Hearts
Red Pepper Flakes - Remove from heat and spoon into 1.5 quart casserole*.
- Top with Mozzarella.
- Bake 15-30 minutes, or until warm through and cheese has melted

*Can use 2 qt casserole. If doubling, use 3 qt casserole.
