Sweet Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/16 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/16 tsp pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 cups frozen sweet corn

Directions

  1. Place butter, salt, and pepper in small saucepan. Turn heat to medium-low.
  2. When butter is partially melted, but not browned, pour frozen corn on top.
  3. Allow to cook for a few minutes, then stir to coat all corn in butter.
  4. Simmer over low to medium-low heat until corn is soft and heated through, 10-15 minutes minimum. Do not allow to scorch. May be left to cook longer while preparing rest of meal.
