Ingredients
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp pepper (or to taste)
- 2 5 oz cans of ham, flaked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups prepared white rice (2 cups dry minute rice, prepared as directed on the package)
Directions
- Heat oven to 350ยบ
- Mix soup, milk, and pepper in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Heat through, but do not boil.
- Stir in cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
- Stir in ham.
- Stir in prepared rice.
- Spoon mixture into 2-quart casserole.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
You can one and a half OR double recipe for 3 quart casserole.
