Ham & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 5 oz cans of ham, flaked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups prepared white rice (2 cups dry minute rice, prepared as directed on the package)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350ยบ
  2. Mix soup, milk, and pepper in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Heat through, but do not boil.
  3. Stir in cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  4. Stir in ham.
  5. Stir in prepared rice.
  6. Spoon mixture into 2-quart casserole.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Notes

You can one and a half OR double recipe for 3 quart casserole.
