Ingredients
- Pork loin roast*
- about 1 cup BBQ sauce for each pound of meat
Directions
- Place loin in slow cooker, fatty side up
- Pour BBQ sauce over meat
- Turn on low and cook 6-8 hours**
- When meat is tender, shred using two forks
- Add more BBQ sauce, if desired, and stir
- Continue cooking on low for 30-60 minutes while you prepare the rest of the meal
- Stir well
- Serve on hamburger buns – about 1/4 cup meat per bun

*or pork butt roast, or any beef roast, or stew beef, or chicken breasts
**can raise temp and shortened time, but the lower and slower, the better. stew beef and chicken breast will cook faster.
