Homemade Macaroni & Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, dry
- 12 oz. Velveeta, cubed (3 blocks or 3/4 lb)
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Directions
- In large pot, bring water to boil. Add macaroni and cook 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Drain.
- Place butter and cubed Velveeta in bottom of pot.
- Return macaroni to pot over cheese and butter.
- Turn heat to medium low and add milk.
- Cook and stir until butter and cheese are melted and creamy.
- You may need to add more milk as needed.
